Wheelchair Accessible Transfers (PMR)
We believe transportation should be accessible to everyone. Our fleet includes specially modified PMR (Personas de Movilidad Reducida) vehicles designed for wheelchair users. These vehicles feature spacious rear-entry ramps, certified ISO tie-down anchorage systems to keep the wheelchair secure during transit, and extra headroom. Our drivers are thoroughly trained in assisting passengers with disabilities, ensuring a respectful, comfortable, and utterly safe journey from start to finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q:Does the passenger need to transfer out of their wheelchair?
No, our accessible vehicles allow the passenger to remain seated in their wheelchair for the entire journey, entering via a secure rear ramp.
